By using the services provided by MTE Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
MTE Services LLC provides field service management including but not limited to lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and related property maintenance services. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change.
By providing your phone number during account creation or service enrollment, you consent to receiving service-related SMS messages from MTE Services. These messages may include appointment reminders, service notifications, invoice alerts, and customer care communications.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Customers agree to pay for services rendered in accordance with the pricing agreed upon at the time of service scheduling. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Customers may cancel scheduled services with reasonable notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTE Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MTE Services LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
